    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with clients and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Metrology market. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our sales initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue growth and expand market presence.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth through proactive prospecting.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
