    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as an Implementation Specialist in our Mumbai Goregaon office. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with software implementation. This includes working closely with customers to understand their requirements, configuring and customizing the software, providing training and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Implementation Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of our solutions.

    Job Description

    • Strong Understanding of our Products and services
    • 3+years of relevant industry experience.
    • Collaborate with End customers to understand their business, process and reporting before implementing.
    • Analyse business needs and assess the feasibility of TEB.
    • Manage implementations of the TEB SaaS CRM application for Customers
    • Train Customer staff on TEB.
    • Managing implementation activities, including time commitment, budget, and risk management
    • Implement CRM platforms, mainly Salesforce- gather business requirements, process mapping, design solutions and system functionalities, being involved in implementation phase, conduct tests, run workshops and trainings.
    • Evaluating and recommending changes to the implementation
    • Providing support to the Customer Support team ensuring all implementation documentation is current and up to date.

    Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of CRM systems, project management experience, and familiarity with business process automation.
