We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Associate to enhance our communication and engagement strategies, ensuring our products' value is clearly conveyed to both domain experts and laypeople alike.

    Job Description:

    As a Product Marketing Associate, you will be a key player in developing engaging content and communication strategies across a variety of platforms. Your work will involve managing social media posts, crafting email blasts, and utilizing other digital communication tools to effectively reach and engage our diverse audiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and produce compelling online content that accurately represents our brand and product offerings.
    • Create engaging and informative social media content tailored to both medical professionals and the general public, enhancing our online presence and brand awareness.
    • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to educate and update our customers on our latest products and innovations.
    • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure all communications are aligned with our marketing strategies and brand identity.
    • Understand and segment our target audiences, tailoring messages to cater to both domain experts and laypeople, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media activity, using insights to drive future strategy.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content for a diverse audience.
    • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and content management systems.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently on projects.
    • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
    • Understanding of the medical device industry and its regulatory environment is a plus.

    Please note - This position is for a US-based company , hence the working hours will be 15:00 - 24:00
