Overview:
Weare seeking a skilled Power BI developer with 25 years ofexperience to join our team. The ideal candidate shouldhaveexperience designing developing andmaintaining interactive dashboards reports and visualizations usingPower BI. Workclosely with crossfunctionalteams to gather requirements analyze data and translate businessneeds into effective datavisualizations. Theideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data analysisvisualization best practices andexperiencein developing scalable Power BI solutions. The candidate should beable to work independently and haveexcellentcommunication and presentationskills.


Responsibilities:
Develop visually appealing and interactive Power BI dashboardsreports and visualizations thateffectivelycommunicate datadriven insightsto stakeholders. Collaborate with businessusers and subject matter experts to gather requirements andunderstand dataanalysisneeds.
Extract transform and load (ETL) data from various sources intoPower BI ensuring data quality andintegrity. Design and implement data modelscalculations and DAX expressions to support complexanalyticalrequirements.
Conduct data analysis and provide meaningful insights to drivedecisionmaking and improve businessprocesses. Optimize performance andscalability of Power BI solutions identifying areas for improvementandimplementingenhancements.
Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and new featuresof Power BI to continuously enhanceyourskills and contribute innovativeideas. Conduct training sessions and providesupport to endusers enabling them to effectively utilize Power BIandselfserve their dataneeds.


Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science StatisticsMathematics or a relatedfield

25years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role with aproven track record of deliveringhighquality Power BIsolutions.

Strong proficiency in Power BI including handson experience indesigning and developinginteractivedashboards reports andvisualizations. Proficient in data modellingDAX expressions UI formatting and bookmark & pagenavigation in Power BI. Experience with SQLand data querying languages to extract and manipulatedata. Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills with the ability to translate business requirements intoeffectivedatavisualizations.
Familiarity with data visualization best practices user experience(UX) design principles and datastorytelling. Excellent communication andcollaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teamsandstakeholders.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently prioritize tasks andmeet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
