    About the Job

    The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. They must be able to meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Student Counseling in Colleges/Universities
      • Identify and target potential clients (universities, colleges, schools, institutions) to generate new business opportunities.
      • Meet with deans/HODs/TPO and engage with them to provide personalized guidance on academic programs, course offerings, fees, curriculum, and prerequisites.
    • Admissions Assistance
      • Guide students through seminars and help with the admission process, including application submissions, interviews, and document verification.
    • Lead Follow-Up and Conversion
      • Follow up with potential leads and inquiries using lead conversion techniques to drive college and university tie-ups.
    • Presentations & Online Counseling
      • Conduct engaging presentations, online counseling, and face-to-face meetings to explain features, benefits, and career opportunities associated with courses.
    • Record Maintenance
      • Maintain accurate records of student counseling sessions, follow-up actions, and feedback in alignment with data management best practices.
    • Career Counseling
      • Provide career advice on job opportunities, certifications, and upskilling relevant to the analytics industry.
    • Collaboration
      • Work closely with marketing and admissions teams to drive enrollments, meet student intake targets, and achieve organizational goals.
    • Industry Awareness
      • Stay updated on the latest trends in education and analytics.
    • Relationship Building
      • Build positive relationships with educational partners to foster student engagement and retention.

    Preferred Candidate Profile:

    • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills with a charismatic, competitive, and enthusiastic personality.
    • Ability to engage prospective colleges/students/universities and their families effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools or other record-keeping systems for effective data management.
