Lead Educational Specialist, Foundational Literacy, - Bengaluru, India - EI India
Description
1.Own and manage content and tool development, research, and assessments w.r.t foundational literacya.
Plan, ideate, and execute research to build internal capacity and knowledge on foundational
literacy content and assessments.
b.
Build a solid understanding of existing internal and external FLN products and assessment tools.
c.
Create/facilitate high quality foundational Literacy content and assessment tools for Ei projects.
d.
Lead and manage trainings (internal and external) on the foundational literacy assessment tools.
e.
Ensure timeline management, team management for all the project needs w.r.t all stakeholders
f.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate, educate and coordinate the project
needs of FLN assessment, execution, and analysis.
g.
Support the implementation of FLN projects.
h.
Support data analysis to measure student performance on foundational literacy and unearth
learning trends.
i.
Understand analysis and reporting needs for FLN projects, and ensure analyses for the given
project and write reports, with a specific focus on foundational Literacy.
j.
Maintain appropriate documentation for all the deliverables.
k.
Travel to the field to evaluate implementation of FLN products and assessments.
l.
Work with clients and evaluators to understand implementation challenges.
Expand the scope of projects by high quality dissemination through working papers, publications,
etc.
b.
Do continuous product-level analysis to identify strengths and areas of improvement needed for
large scale FLN assessments.
c.
Support in team's growth and learning needs and build their capacity around pedagogy related
activities.
