    We are seeking an experienced Headmistress to lead and manage our prestigious Podar International School (PIS) in Panelim, Goa. As the Headmistress, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the school, maintaining high academic standards, and providing a nurturing and empowering learning environment for our students.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Head Teacher or Headmistress in a reputed school
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of and experience with preprimary education
    • Qualification in Montessori Teacher Training Course (MTTC), Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCEd), or Nursery Teacher Training Course (NTTC)
    • Passion for education and a commitment to providing quality learning experiences
    • Ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and stakeholders
    • Proven track record of achieving academic excellence
    • Ability to handle pressure and make effective decisions
    • Proficiency in English and knowledge of the local language
