    Job Description: Customer Chat Support

    Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai (Multiple openings in Mumbai as well)

    CTC: Up to 30,000 INR per month

    About the Role:

    Join our dynamic team as a Customer Chat Support Representative and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service through chat and voice interactions. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing assistance, and resolving issues promptly. This position offers opportunities for both voice and non-voice processes, catering to diverse customer needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Interaction:

    Respond to customer queries and concerns via chat and voice channels promptly and professionally.

    Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

    Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

    2. Problem Resolution:

    Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving steps.

    Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns to enhance satisfaction and retention.

    3. Quality Assurance:

    Adhere to quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) in all customer interactions.

    Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

    4. Product Knowledge:

    Stay updated on product features, promotions, and updates to provide relevant information to customers.

    Continuously expand knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

    Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat support tools.

    Prior experience in customer service or BPO industry preferred but not required.

    Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
