Description

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with the internal business team (SP, UW, Actuary, Operations, Claims and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications
2. Requirements elicitation and System solution designing
3. Define the customer journey
4. Coordination with the development team on project planning & deliveries
5. Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers
6. Understand business priority and drive the Business process/development

Job Requirement/Skills:

• 3 to 12 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of life, motor insurance products
• Hands on experience with SQL, API
• Knowledge of the insurance process (quote, policy issuance, finance, claims). Expertise in any one of the processes is a must
• Good communication/interpersonal skills
• Managerial skill can be considered
