Work Location/Shift Timings- Permanent work from home
Job Role-

Install and configure software and computer systems
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with software or hardware
Familiarity with Remote desktop Applications
Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems
Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization
Analyse records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues
Support the implementation of new solutions or applications
Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems
Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Should have minimum experience of 4-5 years in IT Support
Office 365 administration including user creation, shared mailbox creation and its access, providing DL access, managing MFA etc
Outlook installation and configuration and troubleshooting
Office 365 administration

Requirements
Must have your own Laptop (min 8GB RAM), windows 10/11, internet speed- 30 MBPS / MAC is also fine.
