- Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
- Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
- Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
- Understand and analyze the requirements of the client, read all the documents like BRS and decide what needs to be tested.
- Analyze BRS and get knowledge transfer for CR-change requests.
- Document scenarios and test cases for the change request or application (in case of a new application)

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Air and Ocean Export Specialist/Business Analyst. The Air and Ocean Export Specialist will be responsible for requirement analysis, managing, testing, and supporting a cloud-based platform development process to streamline international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing and processing shipping documentation, coordinating with carriers, and providing excellent customer service to clients using our new software tool.
