    Responsibilities:

    • Sell motor insurance products and services to customers through various channels, including direct sales, telemarketing, and digital platforms.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options to meet their requirements.
    • Educate customers on policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
    • Generate leads, prospect new customers, and follow up on sales inquiries to convert leads into sales opportunities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and retention.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall team and company goals.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the marketplace.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software or other sales tools.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry or related field.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering customer satisfaction.
    • Familiarity with insurance products, terminology, and regulations is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Experience with sales CRM software or other sales tools is preferred.
