    Description
    Job Description
    • Responsible for all sales activities and personnel involved in the Sales department.
    • Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the department, while focusing on the Organization's strategic goals.
    • Manage a portfolio of major accounts that have specific potential for hotels Business Events Segment,
    • Build close working relationships with key decision makers and increase account market share.
    • Research and develop new business opportunities across the Business Events segment.
    • Assist in preparation of budget, revenue strategies and sales & marketing plans.
    • Maximise revenue by promoting Hotels products including restaurants and other outlets by cross selling/up selling.
    • Prepare a monthly Sales Report reflecting activities, market intelligence and adjustments to the sales activity plan.
    • Represent the Hotel at Business Events trade shows, seminars, sales trips as and when required.
    Qualifications
    • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management
    • Excellent Communication Skills.
    • Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively.
    • Pleasant personality
    • Synergies across the network.
    • Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
    • 12+years' industry experience in up market brands with 1-2 year of experience in a similar role.
    • Well versed with latest trends and techniques in market.
