- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of cleaning materials, amenities, linens, and other necessities. Efficiently manage stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff, ensuring optimal coverage and guest turnover coordination.
- Quality Control: Regularly inspect rooms and public areas to maintain the hotel's reputation for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Guest Satisfaction: Collaborate with the front office to address guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
- Budgeting: Assist in developing the housekeeping budget, managing expenses within approved limits.
- Training: Conduct training sessions to enhance staff's cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service skills.
