Overview:Asthe IEC Head you will play a crucial role in disseminatinginformation organizing events and implementing communicationstrategies. Your responsibilities will span event organizationplanning social media management poster design campaign executionand occasional travel.KeyResponsibilities:

• EventOrganization andPlanning:
• Conceptualize plan andexecute various events workshops and seminars to promote awarenessand education.
• Coordinate logistics includingvenue selection catering audiovisual setup and other eventrelatedrequirements.
• Collaborate with internal teamsand external partners to ensure seamless eventexecution.
• Social MediaManagement:
• Develop andimplement social media strategies to promote the organizationsinitiatives and engage the targetaudience.
• Create and curate content for varioussocial media platforms ensuring consistency with brandguidelines.
• Monitor social media analytics tomeasure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategiesaccordingly.
• PosterDesign:
• Design visuallyappealing posters banners and promotional materials for events andcampaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designersand other creative professionals to maintain a cohesive visualidentity.
• CampaignExecution:
• Develop and executeinformation and education campaigns to reach the targetaudience.
• Utilize various channels includingdigital media print and inperson engagement to maximize campaignimpact.
• Monitor and analyze campaignperformance metrics and adjust strategies asneeded.
• Travel:
• Occasionaltravel may be required to oversee events engage with stakeholdersor attend relevant conferences.
• Coordinatetravel logistics accommodations and schedulesefficiently.

Qualificationsand Skills:

• Bachelorsdegree in Communication Marketing Event Management or a relatedfield.
• Proven experience in event organizationplanning and execution.
• Strong graphic designskills and proficiency in relevant designtools.
• Demonstrated expertise in social mediamanagement and digital marketing.
• Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in ateam and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
• Willingness to travel forextended periods (5 to 7 days) asrequired.
