    Description

    Job Scope :

    • As the Digital Head, you will be responsible for developing, implementing company's overall marketing strategies across all digital channels to drive growth, retention & monetisation.
    • Know-How: Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO/SEM, SaaS, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mobile Analytics and Attribution Tools, ASO, Mobile Advertising, Web

    Job Responsibilities :

    • Responsibility to develop and deliver all marketing, digital campaigns, ASO & SEO campaigns, digital strategy in order to drive growth and revenue
    • Responsible for all planning and execution of ASO and SEO activities
    • Plan and execute app acquisition, retention and monetization campaigns across Google, Facebook, Twitter, affiliates and other relevant platforms
    • Drive new ways to grow customer engagement, retention, revenue from the mobile and web platforms
    • Responsible for competitor analysis and sharing insights across teams to improve internal product development efforts
    • Identify new channels of growth, optimizing the market funnels to improve customer acquisition and achieve intended ROI
    • Work with product, engineering, business, design teams and other stakeholders to execute and optimize strategies

    Qualifications and Experience :

    • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
    • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing (eCommerce, HR/Job/Ed tech, consumer tech industry)
    • 2+ years of experience working on mobile applications is a must
    • Strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think endtoend, manage long term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a crossfunctional collaborator
    • Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
    • Experience working on web and mobile marketing and analytics platforms is a must
    Remote Working Available


    Annual Salary:
    $75,000 - $150,000
