Description

We are looking to add a Chief Financial Officer to our growing team who will be responsible for all Finance, Treasury and Accounting functions across our locations.

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Implement and develop financial planning and forecasting processes
• Develop a comprehensive strategy aligned with our goal's and coherent with our long term objectives
• Evaluate potential financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial health.
• Analyse financial data, performance indicators, and key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and. areas for improvement
• Capital Management and Fundraising
• Develop and execute capital management strategies, including debt and equity financing, to support the company's growth plans
• Manage relationships with institutional investors, financial institutions and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
• Financial Operations and Risk Management
• Oversee daytoday financial operations (accounting, taxation, cash flow management)
• Devise standard operating procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate financial risks
• Adopt relevant systems for robust financial controls
• Team Leadership and Development
• Build and lead a multilocation highperforming finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
• Foster a culture of financial discipline, accountability, and transparency within the finance department and across the organization

• Chartered Accountant or a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related subject area
• Proven experience as a CFO or similar leadership function in a highgrowth manufacturing organization
• Demonstrated success in fundraising, capital management, and working with institutional investors
• Indepth knowledge of relevant accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws
