Days and Time :Monday to Saturday - 10 AM to 6:30 PM
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification : BCom/BBM/MBA Graduate
2- 4 years experience in sales & marketing
Proven sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly adapt to change
Should be able to speak Kannada, Hindi & English etc.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Tally, Internet and emails etc.
Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing will be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities
Build a good customer database from various industries( Educational institutions, wedding planners, corporates etc) to create a market .
Validate the enquiries received, verify the leads and understand their requirements
Share the existing samples with the prospective clients to gain their confidence in our quality and strive towards converting them into our customers.
Fulfill the customers orders by working with the production team and provide status of the order to the customers in a timely manner.
Manage the customers / enquiries from Platforms like Indiamart and such marketplaces.
Keep updating the platforms with new products and offerings.
Categorize the customers as per their industries and requirements and maintain a database.
Maintain constant communication with the customers via whatsapp channels, calls,groups,emails etc.
Share best practices and customized products and services that we can offer from time to time.
Convert the lead to sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling,references,networking etc.)
Maintaining healthy customer relationships and providing any support as & when required.
Working towards fulfilling the order received by the customer by working along with the back end team to ensure that the order is dispatched on time.
Maintaining the updated product catalogue to share with the customers.
Work along with the seniors in converting the lead and meeting sales targets wherever required.
Connect with the existing customers to understand their experience and share feedback on the products used.
Submit a weekly report and get it reviewed by the manager.
Converting leads into sales would be the ultimate key responsibility.
Perform other duties as necessary.
Traveling to various parts of India to capture the market and their needs is a part of this role
