    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse specialized in Laparoscopy OT to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, providing patient care, and ensuring a safe and efficient operating room environment. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Mid-Level: 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
    • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license
    • Specialization and experience in Laparoscopy OT
    • Knowledge of laparoscopic surgery techniques and procedures
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Flexibility to work rotating shifts
    • Proficiency in OT Gyneac and other related surgical procedures

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the preparation and setup of the operating room for laparoscopic procedures
    • Ensure the availability of necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies
    • Assist the surgical team during laparoscopic surgeries and procedures
    • Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after surgery
    • Administer medications and anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist
    • Document patient information, surgical details, and post-operative care
    • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of quality patient care
    • Maintain a sterile and safe operating room environment
    • Provide support and guidance to patients and their families
