The position provides an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of life sciences transformation and help drive future readiness for healthcare organizations globally.

    What we are looking for

    The Practice Manager for CRM in the life science tech space is responsible for leading and managing the CRM practice within the service line. This includes defining strategy, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring the successful implementation of CRM solutions that meet the unique needs of life science companies. We are looking for a combination of technical expertise, client relationship management nuances in life science industry, and leadership skills.

    Role: Practice Manager of Customer Relationship Management

    What you will do

    • and implement the CRM vision and roadmap for the life science technology practice.
    • CRM expertise and guidance to clients, and help them achieve their business goals and objectives.
    • the design and implementation of CRM solutions, ensuring they are customized to meet the specific needs of life science clients and integrate of CRM systems with other enterprise applications.
    • with other service practice leads, domain experts, and solution architects to design and deliver integrated CRM solutions.
    • and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identify new opportunities for CRM engagements.
    • and mentor a team of CRM professionals, ensure high-quality delivery of CRM projects.
    • guidance and support for team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, security and performance of CRM solutions
    • and set processes of regular audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement.
    • project timelines, budgets, resources to ensure successful and timely delivery of CRM projects.

    • updated on the latest CRM trends, best practices, and technologies in the life science domain.

    About You:

    Over 10+ years of industry experience life sciences, healthcare, or tech company working the CRM space with a bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, or a related field

    Must have:

    • track record of leading and delivering complex CRM projects for large and mid-sized clients.
    • knowledge of CRM platforms, tools, and methodologies, such as Salesforce, Veeva, IQVIA,.
    • communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
    • leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Nice to have:

    • in CRM platforms and methodologies are a plus.
    • of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in life science sector would be a plus.

    Other factors

    • The role will report to Service Line Head
    • stakeholders: Senior management, business heads/leads,
    • Preferably in India - Bengaluru
    • Willing to travel 50% across as required

    Note: Title for the role will be decided after the interviews based on fitment
