    Job Summary

    Amazon has an immediate opening for a Program Manager in our corporate office. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency programs for Amazon IT Services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop operational strategy and write project proposals.
    • Lead region-wide projects, end to end, to deploy solutions in APAC.
    • Develop functional requirements (tech and non-tech), localized for country-specific compliance.
    • Liaise directly with regional leadership and peers on defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Develop and improve project and program management processes.
    • Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews with peer organizations reviewing past performance, and service improvement opportunities.
    • Identify and optimize process improvements and operational excellence procedures and processes.

    About the Team

    Global On-Premise provides IT support to corporate Amazonians in eight key functional areas: In-Person Support (IPS), Audio Visual Meeting Room Support (AV), Infrastructure Support (IS), Day 1 Hardware On-Boarding, Logistics (forward and reverse), Vending Support, Events (On-campus / Off-campus) and Livestream Meetings.

    Requirements

    • 6+ years of professional experience in IT operations, product development, or asset management.
    • 4+ years of program management experience, managing medium-to-large scale programs.
