    RetailSales Advisor is a person who is bestowed with the responsibilityof wealth creation for clients to wish to create wealth usingdisciplined ways of investing
    in equities. The SWC/SSWC isresponsible for interactions with
    potential customers overcalls for most part of his/her day for
    selling company sproduct/offerings. Since this form of selling is
    dependenton communication skills good communication skills area
    must. He/she must be able to plan the number offresh/followup calls
    he/she has to do in order to meettargets. The job requires good
    selling and persuadingskills and a thorough understanding of the
    companysofferings. The SWC/SSWC is also expected to be keepabreast
    of the news and events that make the equity marketdynamic in nature.

    Broader Role /Responsibilities

    Plan the day s work withemphasis on leads to be contacted basis the
    importance ofthe sales funnel and size
    Identify fitment of salesproducts matching the client s investing goals
    Interactwith potential customers with the emphasis on highquality
    lead conversions.
    Proactively follow upleads assigned by Sales Head and report the
    progress withmitigation plan on how to achieve the results as well.
    Work closely with the Sales Head to achieve salesobjectives.
    Contribute to the team performance by sharingand implementing Best
    Practice Ideas.
    Disseminate the learnings/ good practices across team(s) so thatthe
    knowledge sharing is encouraged and rewardedlikewise

    Requirements
    Graduate(Mandatory)
    At least 13 years working within a salesenvironment preferably in
    a proactive telemarketing rolein a BFSI / Finance sector.
    Fluency in English Hindi& any one regional language
    Excellentcommunication skills verbal and written &Excellent
    telephone skills
    High degree ofaccuracy
    Willing and able to work extra hours onoccasions to complete tasks
    Willing and able to attendcompany meetings which take place outside
    of normalworking hours (approx. one per month)
