    We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer with a strong background in the IT services industry, specifically in web and mobile application development.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and customer acquisition.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for web and mobile application services.
    • Manage and optimize PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
    • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
    • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Design teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages align with marketing goals.
    • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
    • Keep up with the latest trends in performance marketing, paid advertising, and digital analytics.
    • Manage budget allocations and ensure optimal ROI on ad spend.
    • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar to track user behavior and improve campaign performance.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing within the IT industry (Web & Mobile Application Services).
    • Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, SEM, and social media advertising.
    • Hands-on experience with lead generation, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
    • Proficiency in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and data analysis.
    • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
    • Excellent analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or HubSpot.
    • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and growth hacking techniques.
    • Experience working with international clients and markets.
