    Role Description

    This full-time on-site role, based in Chennai, involves providing comprehensive personal and administrative support to senior executives. The Personal Secretary will manage schedules, organize meetings, handle correspondence, oversee clerical tasks, and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams, maintaining professional communication, and prioritizing workload effectively to meet deadlines.

    Qualifications
    • Expertise in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to efficiently support senior executives
    • Strong Clerical and Administrative Assistance skills for scheduling, organizing, and managing daily tasks
    • Excellent Communication skills for professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders
    • High levels of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
    • Proven ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
    • Prior experience in the financial services or Forex industry is an added advantage
