    We are seeking a highly motivated Back Office Executive to join our team at Kv HR Solutions. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in a similar back office or administrative role
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Team player with a positive attitude
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain accurate records of all administrative activities
    • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
    • Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to clients and employees
    • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
    • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
    • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
    • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews
    • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
