- Customer's Relationship Management – Gain expertise on handling Customer Queries and resolving them.
- Attain knowledge on negotiating and sending the offers and confirming the orders
- Gain knowledge on debt collections follow up and credit check
- Understand the Business Development of polymers/chemicals and generation of leads
- Understand preparation of MIS Reports and Customer database as per the Business Development
- Gaining expertise on procurement of assigned products from various identified suppliers.
- Preparation of suppliers visit report and Supplier Database.
- Attaining knowledge on tracking deliveries and making sure that delivery time confirmed by the suppliers is as per purchase order raised and ensure appropriate items were delivered.
- Learn how to create and maintain purchasing files and pricelists.
- Gain knowledge on New product development - Applications Development
- Get trained on suggesting new materials to the customers and conduct trials at Customer's end.
- Attain training on Commodity sales and Liasoning with sales team on regular basis for sales activities.
- Responsible for studying the Market and Analyzing Competitors.
- Responsible for Customer Visits and submitting the Customer Visit report.
- Apart from the above, responsible for handling any other task or work assigned by the Reporting Authority which comprises of Job Rotation as well.
