Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Oversee the execution of villa construction projects from initiation to completion, adhering to quality standards and timelines.

Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve issues, and implement necessary changes.


Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project coordination.

Meeting efficiency and project quality plan targets

Driving adherence to value system of the organization

Supervise inventory management to curtail all forms of wastage.

Managing contractors and contract staff of Structural, civil, finishes, MEP services

Conducting construction Reviews with all contractors and derive the action plans.

Coordinate with Architect and other Consultants for as built drawings.

Development of detailed work execution plan civil, MEP & finishing work aligning with committed schedules.

Interfacing in case of any technical issues of the project with stakeholders.

Adherence to implement procedures and systems set on the project.

Ensure incident free Operations by following strictly the safe working practices at site.


Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization.

Monitor and control project expenses to align with budgetary constraints.


Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction projects meet or exceed industry standards and regulations.

Conduct regular inspections to address any deviations and maintain quality consistency.


Contractor Management:
Select, negotiate with, and manage contractors and vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects.

Oversee the bidding process for construction contracts.


Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.


Risk Management:
Identify potential risks associated with construction projects and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Address any unforeseen challenges promptly and effectively.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in construction projects, particularly in Residential/villa construction.

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully leading construction teams.

Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Financial acumen for budget management and cost control.

Handled rapid construction methods on previous projects including modular Aluminumformwork systems, Tunnel forms etc., for buildings 25 to 40 floors.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges.

Relevant certifications in project management or construction are desirable.
