- Develop comprehensive profiles for each member of the organization, outlining key responsibility areas, short-term and long-term targets, and scope of work.
- Act as a buddy for new joiners during their initial 3-month period, providing necessary KRAs (Key Result Areas), function reporting connections, and reporting structure guidance.
- Assist new employees in defining or creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per organizational requirements.
- Create and maintain organograms, ensuring accurate representation of reporting structures across all functions.
- Play a critical role during ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation by designing and refining reporting structures.
- Facilitate performance evaluation processes and assist in KRA (Key Result Areas) setting exercises.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. [Or relevant experience]
- Proven experience in organizational development, HR, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of key performance indicators and performance evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
