Description

User Research:

Conduct in-depth user research using a variety of methods such as surveys,

interviews, and usability testing to gather insights into user behaviours,

preferences, and pain points.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define user personas

and align design strategies with business goals.

Information Architecture:

Develop comprehensive information architecture, including site maps and user

flows, to ensure logical and intuitive navigation for users.

Work closely with product teams to define and refine product requirements,

ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives.

Wire-framing and Prototyping:

Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate the user

journey and interaction flow.

Conduct iterative design reviews and gather feedback from cross-functional

teams and stakeholders to refine prototypes.

Visual Design:

Collaborate with visual designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into

visually appealing and brand-aligned user interfaces.

Ensure the consistent application of design patterns and principles across all

digital platforms for a cohesive user experience.

Usability Testing:

Plan and execute usability testing sessions, analyse results, and iterate on

designs based on user feedback.

Advocate for a user-centred design approach, integrating insights from usability

testing into the design process to continually improve the user experience.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to

integrate design into the agile development process.

Communicate design concepts, rationale, and user insights effectively to crossfunctional

teams and non-design stakeholders.

Accessibility and Inclusivity:

Advocate for and integrate principles of accessibility and inclusivity in all design

work, ensuring that digital products are usable by individuals with diverse

abilities and backgrounds.

Emerging Technologies:

Stay informed about emerging technologies, design trends, and industry best

practices, incorporating relevant advancements into the UX design process.

Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including design

specifications and style guides, to facilitate collaboration and consistency

across the development team.
