    Role Summary:
    As a Senior Manager HR, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

    You will be the go-to person for all matters related to human resources, ensuring that our team members have a seamless experience from recruitment to exit.

    Qualifications Master's degree in Human Resources/ Psychology

    Work Experience 8 to 10 years in HR


    Key Responsibilities:


    Be a strong partner to the business, with leadership to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.


    Talent Acquisition:

    • Partner with the business to close all positions for the business through all sourcing channels. Proactively identify and address skill gaps within the business teams and support through internal mobility or external recruitment
    • Lead the recruitment process for various positions, including job description creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements
    • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during the hiring process
    • Partner with Marketing and Business Leaders to create a compelling Employer Brand

    Employee Onboarding and Orientation:

    • Design and implement effective onboarding programs to welcome new employees.
    • Facilitate orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and processes.

    Performance Management:

    • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance reviews, goalsetting, and development plans.
    • Address performance issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
    Employee Relations

    • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and queries.
    • Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee needs and fostering open communication.
    • Provide daytoday performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).

    Employee Engagement:

    • Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives, teambuilding activities, and recognition programs.
    • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement calendars within prescribed budgets
    • Capture employee pulse on a regular basis, address the gaps and help foster a positive work ecosystem
    • Monitor employee morale and address any issues proactively.
    Statutory Compliance Management

    • Ensure HR compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
    • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
    • Plan interventions to mitigate peoplerelated compliance risks and monitor compliances related to labour law, etc. and drive adherence to the same
    • Develop and maintain accurate employee records and documentation
    • Guide business with respect to different statutes concerning grievance redressal

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and benchmark our offerings against market standards.
    HR Technology

    • Implement and manage HR technology applications, in partnership with the IT Teams and ensure all process changes are techenabled.
    Team Development

    • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to provide insights for attracting and retaining top talent.
    • Establish individual performance expectations and evaluation metrics, and regularly review individual performance for HR team
