    Technical Project Manager

    Location: Gurugram

    Role Overview:

    As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing the technical software products at WIOM. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring the successful delivery of software releases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to drive software releases to completion. Your expertise in project management methodologies, software development processes, and client management will be critical in achieving project success and exceeding client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Lead and manage the delivery of software releases, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards

    ● Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and customer support teams to define release scope, objectives, and requirements

    ● Develop plans, schedules, and monitor release progress using tools like Jira

    ● Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with release goals, prioritize tasks, and track progress using Agile methodologies

    ● Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring effective coordination and resolution of dependencies

    ● Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimize workflows, and implement best practices to enhance project release efficiency

    ● Serve as a point of contact for release-related queries, escalations, and stakeholder communications, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction

    Qualifications:

    ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

    ● Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering software releases and projects on time and within budget

    ● Strong understanding of project management methodologies, Agile frameworks, and software development processes

    ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

    ● Proficiency in all aspects of Jira
