About the Role

As a Cyber Security Trainer and Educator at Webvillee Technology pvt ltd, you will deliver high-quality virtual and in-person technical training in line with industry-recognized best practices on Cyber Security and Ethical hacking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on Ethical Hacking, covering CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) curriculum.
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, labs, and practical exercises to ensure alignment with industry standards and emerging cyber security trends.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of hacking techniques, tools, and methodologies, fostering a practical understanding of ethical hacking concepts among participants.
• Assess participants' progress through individual and group assignments, quizzes, and exams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of ethical hacking principles.
• Stay up-to-date of the latest developments in cyber security, ethical hacking, and relevant technologies to continually enhance the training program's content.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to participants, assisting them in developing practical skills and preparing for industry certifications.

Requirements:

• Hold relevant certifications such as CEH or other industry-recognized ethical hacking certifications.
• Demonstrated experience in ethical hacking, penetration testing, or related cybersecurity roles. Previous experience as a trainer or educator is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
• Flexibility to adapt training content based on participants' varying skill levels and learning styles.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving field of cyber security.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
