    We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and data-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing strategies and tactics. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing our online presence to drive brand awareness and business growth.

    Responsibilities:

    Digital Campaigns:

    • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and impactful content that resonates with target audiences.

    Social Media Management:

    • Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms.
    • Monitor and engage with audience comments, messages, and mentions.
    • Implement social media advertising campaigns and analyze their effectiveness.

    Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

    • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
    • Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and search engine performance.
    • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.

    Email Marketing:

    • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and A/B testing.
    • Monitor email campaign performance and implement improvements based on analytics.

    Paid Advertising:

    • Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks.
    • Monitor campaign budgets, adjust targeting, and optimize for better ROI.

    Content Creation:

    • Develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media, and emails.
    • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visuals and multimedia content.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

    Trend Awareness:

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and best practices.
    • Make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tools into campaigns.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing tools, and social media management tools.
    • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
    • Basic design skills and experience with graphic design tools is a plus.
