We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring it operates in accordance with brand standards.

The ideal candidate will provide financial reports and interpret financial information to inform managerial decisions.

Additionally, they will communicate product schemes and offers to regional managers, ensuring timely implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring customer needs are met quickly, efficiently, and accurately in all areas of the facility
• Crafting and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
• Coaching and developing the store team through meaningful insights, candid feedback, and clear direction
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions regarding stock control
• Protecting food margins through consistent execution of par levels

A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred. The ideal candidate should have 4-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.

Strong leadership skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and convincing skills are essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of basic business management processes, experience in back-end and front-end retail operations, and strong financial acumen.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
