    At Airblack, we're entering a path of exponential growth, aiming to grow our revenue tenfold within the next two years while bolstering our profitability. We are looking for a Growth & Marketing leader to spearhead the entire spectrum of marketing initiatives across performance marketing, creative strategy, GTM discovery & scale-up and lead counselling operations. As part of our leadership team, you will be a key driver for Airblack's central profitability and growth objectives.

    The ideal candidate would be a Growth & Marketing leader who brings planning & analytical capabilities along with strong experience in managing marketing teams across high-growth startups.     What would you be doing?

    • Owning Marketing Channels: Own lead acquisition across all marketing channels and be accountable for key metrics like student counselling delivered, marketing spend as a % of revenue and conversion % on leads. Currently, over 10,000 women attend Airblack's counselling sessions every month. We need to take these numbers to 5X in 1 year, 20X in 2 years.
    • Creative & Content Strategy: Be a creative powerhouse by ideating and producing best-in-class marketing campaign properties across ads, social media and other channels. Currently Airblack's content reaches over 250 million impressions every year. We aim to reach over 2B impressions in the next 2 years.
    • Driving a team: Build and lead a team growth marketing team comprising performance marketers, lead & pre-sales operations, and generalist marketers
    • New GTM Discovery & Scale-Up: Plan and discover strategic growth initiatives and lead channels through continuous user insights, solutions discovery and experimentations across both 0-to-1 and scale-up revenue initiatives.
    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate directly with the founders and senior leadership across inside sales, brand & design, tech and operations to deliver company-wide profitability and revenue goals

    What makes you a suitable candidate?

    We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

    • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in growth and marketing teams at high-growth startups. Past entrepreneurship experience is a big bonus
    • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 institute
    • You have extensive problem-solving experience across high growth teams and initiatives
    • You have managed marketing spends north of Rs. 50 lakhs a month, at-least
    • You are a marketing geek and can come up with creative ideas at scale
    • You are thoroughly data-driven in decision-making; with great analytical and tooling skills
    • You have experience of driving 0-to-1 rapid experimentation initiatives and scaling 1-100 operations
