Fluidra is looking for a Salesforce Developer who solves business problems by configuring the Salesforce Platform. You build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value. Salesforce Developers work with stakeholders to define system requirements and develop the platform. A Salesforce Developer within our Salesforce Center of Excellence would be responsible for maintaining custom code, designing, operating, and integrating Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business. They would provide coaching in best practices and work with internal clients globally to propose, develop and execute solutions that are in line with their requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.
• Provide day-to-day administration, development, strategy, troubleshooting, and support of the Salesforce platform.
• Work with all areas of the business to understand their business requirements and help them configure Salesforce to meet their needs.
• Develop custom applications in Lightning. Using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS.
• Create and maintain system-related documentation such as business requirements, process flows, data maps, configuration worksheets, etc.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including design documents, release notes, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with support teams to address and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Train users in new features and functionality.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or similar.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of Salesforce developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
