    Job Description:

    We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the overall operations and management of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our projects, coordinating with different stakeholders, and assisting the General Manager in business development and strategic planning.

    The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in the construction industry and demonstrated leadership capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Project Management: Oversee the execution and completion of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

    2. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with builders, developers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and maintain strong relationships.

    3. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and safety on-site.

    4. Business Development: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and contributing to the company's growth and expansion plans.

    5. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of company strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in project delivery, and develop proactive mitigation plans to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.

    Requirements:

    1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or additional certifications would be a plus.

    2. Experience: At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.

    3. Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of construction processes, finishing works, building codes, compliance standards, and best practices in the industry.

    4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and drive a culture of accountability and excellence.

    5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, present ideas persuasively, and articulate complex concepts clearly.

    6. Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in data analysis, financial acumen, and the ability to interpret project metrics and KPIs to drive informed decision-making.
