Responsibilities

• Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management
• Work with clients on business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Solution
• Propose system design and solutions for business requirements
• Help clients understand on alternatives for system configuration and design.
• Hands-on all the Data Models, Role-based permission framework, Goal Plan Configuration (with Tables and calculators), Goal Library setup, Continuous Performance Management setup, PM V12A Form configuration, 360 multi-rater forms, calibration, People Profile and excellent knowledge working on XML file configuration.
• Setup the instance from provisioning
• System configuration in accordance with Solution Design
• Prepare Configuration Workbook / Business process blueprinting documents
• Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
• Create custom reports (Ad-hoc, Dashboard & Tiles and stories)
• Configure and setup the job profile builder, Center of capabilities
• Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others

Good to Have Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Module
• Must have done at least three end-to-end implementations in the relevant module.
• SuccessFactors -Performance & Goals Management consulting experience is mandatory.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management.
• Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
• Ability to work under stressful and tight timeline situations
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
• Flexible to relocate
