    Description

    Job Objective:
    To work with the team of data scientists managing multiple projects. Guide the team in formulation, model development and implementation by liaising with business stakeholders to explain the model outcomes.

    Bangalore/ChennaiType of employment: PermanentRoles & Responsibilities:Conduct simple and advanced data analysis to help clients make good business decisionsWork with project leadership to define project scope and manage end to end implementationApply advanced statistical, econometric, optimization models and algorithms to real-world business problems.

    Develop new statistical models as well as provide analysis using existing models.

    Maintain the highest standards to follow the best practices and trending analytics in pharma domainWork with internal business teams to understand problem statement, requirements and use casesExcellent Problem Solving & Quantitative skills, Hands on experience on Python/R/SASExperience in tools like Pyspark, SQl, Big QueryAbility to create a model & simulation tool from scratchShould be comfortable interacting and managing stakeholders both external and internalShould be good in project management and ensuring timelines and quality is metRequirements:

    Masters in Statistics, Marketing, Finance, Operations research, Engineering, or equivalent full-time education4+ years of work experience on analytic work (use of advanced modelling projects and tools such as R, Python etc.).Knowledge of promotional channels and digital analytics.

    Should be inquisitive and have a learning mindsetWillingness and ability to experiment with new tools and techniquesStrong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate actionable analytical findingsFamiliarity with the application of analytics to sales, marketing, or managed markets problemsAbility and desire to work in a proactive, highly engaging, high-pressure, client service environmentShould have sound experience in data mining and data analysisStrong conceptual & working knowledge of Statistical modelsAbility to maintain personal composure and tactfully handle difficult situations
