This role is responsible for identification, development and implementation of technology-based solutions that deliver business value, reduce/eliminate risk and enhance customer experience in Institutional Operations space.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for automation projects. Solutions are to be delivered in an agile development environment, bound by IO Governance framework.
Knowledge of multiple alternative platforms and technologies. Understanding of diverse IT implications of relatively abstract business requirements.
Foster collaboration across teams, functions, regions and Service centres.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes, identifying and resolving any issues or errors in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain documentation including design documents, user manuals, and operational procedures.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to automation and propose innovative ideas to enhance automation capabilities.
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive years of hands-on programming experience in process automation.
Proven experience in Development, testing and implementation.
Mastery in VBA, SQL, Python & MS Access. Coding experience with Web automation using VBA is a must.
Thinks strategically and commercially, drives an adaptive, agile risk culture, and motivates organisational change.
Builds trusted advisory relationships across the organisation with a strong ability to influence and succeed through collaboration, accompanied with excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate on both a technical and non-technical level.
