Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a Teacher/Communication Designer for our edtech books. This role will involve collaborating with our graphic designers to design and illustrate educational materials across various domains, including finance, marketing, HR, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and comprehensive educational content for our edtech books in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Translate complex concepts into visually appealing and understandable illustrations and graphics.
• Work closely with our graphic designers to ensure that the educational content is effectively communicated through design elements.
• Create instructional materials, including diagrams, charts, infographics, and other visual aids, to enhance learning outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to graphic designers in interpreting educational content and integrating it into design layouts.
• Review and provide feedback on design drafts to ensure alignment with educational objectives and content accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in educational design and communication to continuously improve our materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Prior experience in teaching or educational content development is preferred.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)(Preferable).
• Strong visual communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts through illustrations and graphics.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality educational materials that inspire learning.

• Work Type - In-Office, Fulltime.
