    Job Title: Call Center Executive Outbound

    We are looking for a skilled and experienced Call Center Executive Outbound to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build positive relationships with customers, and maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, interacting with them in a professional and respectful manner, and ensuring that their needs are met.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Making outbound calls to customers to interact with them
    • Maintaining a courteous and friendly nature when interacting with customers
    • Good Communication
    • Able to read and write English & Hindi
    • Good Computer Knowledge

    Requirements:

    • Fresher with 18-35 years of age
    • 12th Pass Qualification
    • Located in Samastipur,Katihar,Madhepura,Paschim Champaran,Purnia,Purvi Champaran,Valmiki Nagar
