  • Two ERP/S4 Hana End-to-end Implementation experiences with rollout experience to multiple entities.
  • Good configuration knowledge of PS structures: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, statistical posting, and other project management activities in SAP PS
  • Experience with Project Systems support and implementation in Suit on Hana and S/4 Hana.
  • Integration experience with other SAP modules/technologies is a must (Like FI/CO/MM/SD etc.,)
  • Experience assisting users with business process changes and improvement initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education

  • Works with the team to gather and analyze business requirements for the configuration of SAP Project Systems module.
  • Understands requirements, needs, and functionality of the ERP/s4hana product module.
  • Preparing documents for business requirements and validates solutions with the client.
  • Preparing road map/efforts/project timeline/sprint plan etc.,
  • Works with business users to configure the module to translate business requirements into functional design
  • Participates in problem identification and assists in developing solutions.
  • Identifies modifications and recommends the changes as appropriate for the business.
  • Provides ongoing ERP functional system support. Communicates and interacts with technical team and client to resolve functional issues to meet client requirements.
  • Communication and analysis skills to listen to client and articulate back for feedback and solutions
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Document preparation skills for blueprinting, Functional Spec, test cases, scripts, user manual, MoMs etc.,
  • Problem-solving skills to identify, analyze and assist in solving business application problems in an ERP environment
  • Presentation skills to present to management and customers
  • Ability to communicate technical and business matters clearly in lay terms for comprehension by multiple audiences
  • Ability to efficiently handle user training and user acceptance testing
