    CTC- Negotiable as per current CTC

    Job Description-

    The sales team are the eyes and ears of the company and face to the customer. The image of the company is mostly developed by the team.

    1. The member has to look for sales opportunities with the existing and new customers to sell products and services.

    2. Carry out effective presentation to the customers regarding the requested product and service.

    3. Remain constantly in contact with the customers to know their needs and requirements.

    4. Achieve growth and targets by building proper customer relations.

    5. Prepare/ Identify /Review the target for each year and review every quarter with HOD.

    6. Travel to meet and interact with the customers and generate enquiries/ orders as and when required.

    7. Prepare, estimates for all enquiries and submit offers within the stipulated time in consultation with the team leader.

    8. Work with the backend team to prepare quotations and other supporting contents.

    9. Develop Sales & Marketing strategies and approaches for various products and create sellable content.

    10. Maintain strong on-line presence throughout various platforms.

    11. Address all customer complaints patiently and diligently.

    12. After Sales-Service matters pertaining to the customers are also to be handled with support from other departments.

    13. Be the Project-in-charge for each order received from the customer.

    14. Coordination with the other departments to ensure that the project is delivered on time and with the expectation of the customer.

    15. All communication related to the project from inception to after sales service.

    16. Follow Up for payment from the customer after the invoice and service is complete.
