Agricultural Operations Manager overseeing multiple cities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our agricultural drone based services across diverse geographic locations. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations, including logistics, supply chain management, team coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee operational activities related to agricultural services, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to quality standards across multiple cities.
2. Plan and coordinate logistics for equipment, personnel, and resources to support agricultural operations in various locations, optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
3. Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of agricultural inputs and products, ensuring timely availability and optimal utilization.
4. Lead a geographically dispersed team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and collaboration.
5. Cultivate strong relationships with customers in multiple regions understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our agricultural services.
6. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality drone related services across all locations
7. Establish and track performance and operational metrics performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
8. Develop and implement contingency plans to address operational disruptions, emergencies, or unforeseen challenges in any of the cities.
9. Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and cost savings, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Degree in business administration, logistics, or Business operations.
2. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the drone or related industry.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead remote teams effectively.
4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage operations across multiple locations.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers.
6. Knowledge of drone best practices, supply chain management, and logistics operations.
7. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to drone based operations.
