    Job Title: Director Sales and Marketing

    Reports To: Head

    Position Overview:

    We are in search of an experienced and results-driven Director to lead our client's sales and marketing endeavours within the Diagnostic & Devices division. Reporting directly to the Country Head, the chosen candidate will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Engage directly with executive leadership to cultivate strategic partnerships and drive business expansion.
    • Leverage international experience to identify and capitalize on opportunities in key markets.
    • Oversee both marketing and sales functions, ensuring a balanced approach to achieving departmental objectives of P&L.
    • Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve outstanding results.

    Qualifications:

    • MBA from Premium Institute
    • Demonstrated success in sales and marketing leadership roles
    • Proven ability to develop and execute effective business strategies with a strong strategic mindset.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Global exposure is highly desirable.
    • Capacity to manage a diverse portfolio and drive results in a dynamic business environment.
