    Job Title: Recruiter

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Recruiter to join our HR team.     3. Candidate Screening and Selection:

    - Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.

    - Coordinate and participate in interview processes, working closely with hiring teams.

    4. Zoho Recruit Expertise:

    - Leverage knowledge of Zoho Recruit to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.

    - Train and guide team members on Zoho Recruit functionalities, if required.

    5. Market Research:

    - Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

    - Provide insights into market conditions to help shape recruitment strategies.

    6. Collaboration:

    - Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers, understanding their team dynamics and unique requirements.

    - Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

    7. Metrics and Reporting:

    - Track and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.

    - Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    2. Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a track record of successful hires.

    3. Knowledge of Zoho Recruit or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

    4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    5. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

    6. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
