    Position: GCP Data Engineer

    About Company: a well-known conglomerate

    Location: Mumbai or Pune, India

    Experience: 3-5 years

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, data engineering, or related field.
    • 3-4 years experience with Google BigQuery; SAP BI to GCP BigQuery migration preferred.

    Primary Skills:

    • Strong understanding of BigQuery architecture, SQL, and performance tuning.
    • Experience with ETL tools (e.g., CDF, Cloud Composer Airflow) and version control (git, Bitbucket).
    • Proficiency in Python.
    • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and dimension modeling.

    Additional Skills:

    • Migration experience from SAP to Google BigQuery.
    • Scripting experience (Python, Java).
    • Data analysis skills.

    Communication:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
