    Job Description

    This incumbent will be responsible for driving ambitious sales & marketing Plan across the Region. Product specification and aggressively reach out to End customers.


    1) Responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets of specific state or region.2) Grow sales thru finding, developing and growing sales channel partners as well directly to Projects & special applications' partners.3) Building trust & confidence with customers & influencers including (Architects, Interior, Designers, Facade consultants, PMC etc.).4) Excellent/Benchmark customer service in the industry.5) Market intelligence – by Identifying & addressing sales closure bottlenecks if any also stay up to date with competitor product launch & changes in the market.6) Review and ensure that business partner is adhering to all company systems/ processes & Brand guidelines7) Recruit, hire, train & motivate Sales & Business Development team.

    Desired Skill Set

    years of experience in Sales & Business Development, of which 3 – 5 years of experience in leading a team.2) Proven track record of successful sales growth / Channel Management.3) Work understanding of CRM and BRM tools.4) Team player with excellent leadership skills5) Great interpersonal and communication skills6) Graduate, preferably with MBA or equivalent qualification7) Should have an exposure in interacting and building up relationships with architects & interior designers.
