Description

• Review technical information and documentation in tender documents (designs / drawings & specification) with a view to confirm its accuracy (quantity and spec wise) with the scope described in the BOQ (commercial bid).
• Review tender terms, instructions and contract terms and conditions upon which the tender and the project is being procured and identify commercial and technical risks associated with non-conformity, irregularities or deficiencies in the tender document indicating a mitigation measures for them in the estimation.
• Prepare and dictate tender (commercial and contract terms and conditions) prequalification and negotiations for company's comfort.
• Coordinates the Contract Administration process for all the company projects
• Coordinate all Subcontract pre-award, terms and conditions negotiations, award documentation and subcontract administration
• Coordinating Preparation Of Technical / Contractual Correspondence,
• Attendance Of Contractual Meetings and Negotiations,
• Coordination Of Contractual Claims Preparation, defense and negotiations,
• Handling of all Arbitration and contractual matters and acting as the prime contact.
